SPOKANE, Wash. — After a strenuous weekend of competition in the world’s largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament, Mutlicare is offering some important recovery tips.
According to Multicare, over 1,000 patients visited their on-site care centers at Hoopfest.
Visits included injuries such as broken bones, blown Achilles and ACL tears.
Multicare providers said anyone recovering from playing should plan to rest up the days following the tournament.
They advise players to drink plenty of fluids, ice sore muscles and stretch.
