Mets get ‘best news,’ Lindor expected back soon

The New York Mets, chasing the NL’s final wild-card berth, received some reassuring news Monday when an MRI on shortstop Francisco Lindor’s back came back clean, and the infielder told reporters he “should be back” before the end of the regular season.
