Ryans: Tackle Mixon injured on ‘definitely’ hip-drop

Texans coach DeMeco Ryans, having reviewed film of the play, said Monday he believes RB Joe Mixon’s ankle injury Sunday night was caused by Bears LB T.J. Edwards using an illegal hip-drop tackle that wasn’t penalized.
