Ravens ‘excited’ to add swing tackle Noteboom

The Baltimore Ravens on Saturday reached agreement on a new contract with former Rams veteran offensive tackle Joseph Noteboom, 29, a third-round pick in 2018 who spent the first seven seasons of his career with Los Angeles after playing at TCU.
