SPOKANE, Wash. – As Gonzaga baseball puts a bow on a second-place WCC regular season, they now reap the rewards of their good run, and have seven total Bulldogs named to All-Conference teams.
Mikey Bell is the first Zag since Jeff Bohling in 2016 to win Player of the Year, and the first Zag to win any major award since 2022.
Bell, Finbar O’Brien and Erik Hoffberg all earned All-West Coast Conference First Team nods, while Miles Gosztola and Hudson Shupe grabbed Second Team spots. Max Coupe, Josh Hankins and Ty Yukomoto earned Third Team positions.
Seven players on All-WCC teams is the third-most ever, second-most as members of the conference.
Gonzaga awaits their opponent for the second round of the WCC Tournament, they will play Thursday at 6:05 p.m.
