SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Although it’s chalked up as another loss to the Tri-City Dust Devils, you couldn’t have asked for a better outing from right-handed pitcher McCabe Brown.
Brown pitched five innings, logged 11 strikeouts while only allowing one hit and no runs.
Cole Messina and Andy Perez each hit solo home runs and each earned their fifth homer of the season.
Despite the Indians’ efforts, Spokane fell 3-2 to Tri-City on Saturday.
The series finale is in Avista Stadium, Sunday at 1:05 p.m.
