Reliever Sewald (shoulder) activated by Guardians

Veteran relief pitcher Paul Sewald was activated off the injured list by the Cleveland Guardians before Saturday’s game against the Detroit Tigers at Progressive Field, after the right-hander was sidelined since April 29 with a right shoulder stain.
