Venezuelans Cairo, Mendoza face off, make history

Washington Nationals interim manager Miguel Cairo faced off against his countryman, New York manager Carlos Mendoza, in an 8-1 Mets’ win on Tuesday night at Nationals Park, becoming the first Venezuelans in big league history to manage against each other.
