BOUNDARY COUNTY, Idaho — A probation compliance check led to 26 felony charges after officers discovered firearms, drugs and alcohol in the possession of an individual on parole.
Boundary County Probation and Parole officers, working with sheriff’s deputies, conducted the Sept. 9, 2025, compliance check on a person under supervision.
Officers found the individual in possession of multiple firearms, violating their felony parole terms. One firearm had been reported stolen in Boundary County in 2022.
Officers also discovered methamphetamine, a felony-level amount of marijuana, and alcohol — all prohibited for someone on felony parole.
The violations resulted in 26 felony charges for weapons violations, drug possession, and possession of stolen property.
The charges now move forward in the court system.
