Vikings to start Wentz vs. Eagles; McCarthy QB3

Vikings quarterback Carson Wentz will make his fourth consecutive start Sunday against the Eagles, according to coach Kevin O’Connell, who added that J.J. McCarthy will be designated as the emergency third quarterback.
