Bucs’ Dean, Nelson out for must-win vs. Panthers

Buccaneers cornerback Jamel Dean and outside linebacker Anthony Nelson will be out against the Panthers, while defensive tackle Calijah Kancey could make his return from a torn pectoral muscle suffered in Week 2.
