CHENEY, Wash. — The Eastern Washington Eagles men’s basketball team delivered its most complete effort of the season, outplaying Weber State 84-66.
The Eagles exploded early, building a dominant lead by halftime and maintaining control throughout the second half. Alton Hamilton IV paces the Eagles with a standout performance, a perfect 9-for-9 from the foul line and 24 total points. Kiree Huie and Isaiah Moses both landed in double figures.
Weber State struggled to find consistency and fell behind by mas many as 29 points, and had difficulty matching the Eagles’ balanced attack.
The Eags improved to 9-17 overall, extended its win streak to three and will look ahead to face Sacramento State on February 19 at 7 p.m.
