PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State men’s basketball added its second player of the day in former TCU Horned Frogs guard RJ Jones.
Jones, a former top-100 high school recruit, played in nine games for the Fort Worth, Texas program, and he spent his 2023-24 freshman season at Kansas State, did not play in the 2024-25 season, and used his sophomore year last season at TCU.
Jones averaged 2.6 points, and he played most in blowout wins over Florida A&M and Jackson State. His best game came against JSU, where he scored 14 points.
The junior is the third Wazzu commit of this portal cycle, joining Fraser Roxburgh (Manhattan) and Lazarek Houston (Central Missouri).
