SPOKANE, Wash. – Kevin Fitzer and the Spokane Indians buried the Tri-City Dust Devils today, 8-3, to win the game and series.
Spokane’s 4-2 series win is its first six-game series win this season, and they did it through two Fitzer home runs, including a grand slam in the second inning.
The Indians’ 1-2-3 hitters combined for six hits, five RBIs, and three runs.
Spokane returns to the diamond on Tuesday evening at the Hillsboro Hops.
