Reds expect De La Cruz to return from IL Tuesday

Reds shortstop Elly De La Cruz, who made three rehab starts for Triple-A Louisville, is expected to be reinstated from the injured list Tuesday after missing 19 games because of a strained right hamstring, Cincinnati manager Terry Francona said Monday.
