SPOKANE, Wash. – Following the first rain delay of the season, the Spokane Indians fell 14-2 to the visiting Everett AquaSox.
Indians’ starting pitcher Jordy Vargas lost his 11th game of the year with a 4.2 IP start, allowing nine hits and seven earned runs while striking out six.
Wilder Dalis and Max Belyeu’s solo home runs were the only Spokane scores tonight.
The Indians now prepare for Game 3 of the season-closing six-game series tomorrow at 6:35 p.m.
