DeGrom ‘terrific’ in return, Rangers top Red Sox

Texas ace Jacob deGrom, who allowed two hits in five shutout innings, returned to the mound Sunday, helping to lift the Rangers to a 3-2 win over the Boston Red Sox that gave his club a 3-1 start, an effort that manager Bruce Bochy labeled “terrific.”
