O’s reinstate Mullins, Westburg from injured list

Orioles OF Cedric Mullins and IF Jordan Westburg have been reinstated from the 10-day injured list. Mullins has been sidelined since May 28 with a strained right hamstring; Westburg has been out with a left hamstring strain since late April.
