O’s activate Mountcastle; Cowser, O’Neill to IL

The Orioles activated infielder Ryan Mountcastle from the injured list before Friday night’s game against the Athletics, and Baltimore also put outfielders Colton Cowser and Tyler O’Neill on the IL.
