Appeals panel upholds Vandy QB Pavia’s eligibility

A federal appeals panel dismissed the NCAA’s eligibility case against Vanderbilt’s Diego Pavia, noting that the NCAA granted Pavia a waiver that “guaranteed he could play for Vanderbilt in 2025.”
