DB Carter no longer with Vols, says he’ll transfer

Tennessee defensive back/punt returner Boo Carter is no longer a member of the football team, a team official confirmed to ESPN on Sunday. Carter said on social media he won’t play the rest of the season due to injury and will enter the transfer portal.
