SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Indians have some major technology upgrades at Avista Stadium ahead of the 2026 season.
The Indians organization invested in a new LED video board beyond left field, measuring 26 by 50 feet. Another LED screen similar to the new one replaces the old scoreboard beyond right field.
Avista Stadium also will have an entirely upgraded sound system, replacing all the stadium loudspeakers with new, modern models.
The main concession stand burned down last September, and the Indians confirmed a temporary one placed behind the third base seats just left of the main entrance. The rebuilt concession stand has the exact same footprint as the old one, and Spokane plans to open it on June 1.
Avista Stadium will also convert to a cashless venue, following in the footsteps of other local stadiums like Numerica Veterans Arena and McCarthey Athletic Center.
