PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. – The Spokane Chiefs end their 2025-26 season with a Game 6 loss at the Prince George Cougars, giving the home team the 4-2 series win in a 5-3 game.
Owen Martins scored twice across the first two periods to hold a 2-2 steady tie, but Prince George rattled off three goals in 10 minutes to take the permanent lead.
Spokane ends its season in the first round against Prince George specifically for the second time in the past three seasons, albeit that 2024 series was a 4-0 sweep.
The 2026-27 season begins this September.
