Astros DH Alvarez exits in sixth with back spasms

Houston designated hitter Yordan Alvarez left Saturday’s 3-0 victory over the Chicago Cubs in the middle of an at-bat in the sixth inning because of a back spasm and will miss the series finale as the Astros try for a sweep Sunday at Wrigley Field.
