NEW ORLEANS, LA — Spokane native and ALS advocate Steve Gleason was hospitalized during Hurricane Francine in New Orleans.
According to a social media post on Gleason’s page, he was taken to an area hospital Wednesday night and is currently stable.
The post did not provide details as to why Gleason was taken to the hospital, but his team thanked first responders and hospital staff for helping Steve during the unsafe conditions of the storm.
