SPOKANE, Wash. — Gonzaga women’s soccer begins its first season in the Pac-12 Conference this fall.
The 19-match regular-season slate features nine home contests at Luger Field and eight Pac-12 Conference matches. The schedule includes 12 opponents with winning records, four NCAA Tournament participants, and three reigning conference champions.
“This is an exciting milestone for our program as we begin our first season in the Pac-12,” Gonzaga head coach Katie Benz said. “Joining one of the nation’s premier conferences presents a tremendous opportunity for our student-athletes, and we wanted a schedule that would prepare us for that challenge.”
The Bulldogs open the regular season Aug. 12 against South Florida at Luger Field.
History will be made on Oct. 4 when Gonzaga travels to Boise State for the program’s first-ever Pac-12 Conference match.
