Manfred, St. Pete officials meet over Rays’ home

MLB commissioner Rob Manfred met with Pinellas County chairwoman Kathleen Peters and St. Petersburg mayor Ken Welch to express support ahead of a Dec. 17 vote on public financing for a new Tampa Bay Rays stadium.
